Pay your order by creditcard. We accept
Credit card payment is not available for registered dealers. ATTENTION: Due to security reasons payment by credit card is possible FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. Only that way can an authorisation with verification of the various safety measures to prevent credit card abuse take place (verification number / CVV2/CVC2 / VISA 3D-Secure / Mastercard Secure Card). You order and submit your creditcard data. On successful authorization we will send your order if deliverable. The debit entry of your invoice amount takes place about to time of delivery! If there are any problems on debit the delivery will be detained and we will contact you. Your creditcard data are kept confidential and will not be forwarded to third parties. (also see Privacy) |

If you're not in when your order arrives |
Delivery by Post: You can collect your parcel within one week at your local Post Office. Usually requires showing your Identity Card.
Delivery by UPS: UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your parcel on the next two work days. |

If the delivery arrives in a condition (cardboard torn, damaged, possibly packed in plastic film) |
Open the parcel in the presence of the courier and compare the contents of the parcel with the delivery note! Please let the courier confirm any differences
in written form and then report the damages directly to us. |
