Information about distance selling contracts
According to law we are obliged to inform you before any purchase that a distance selling contract will come into effect and about the storage and the accessibility of the wording of the contract.
Once you have filled in all order forms at the shopping cart section and after you have checked and sent off your order summary (step 6), your order will be transferred and stored. Thereupon an acknowledgement of receipt with all your data transferred to us will be displayed, which you can print out. If you have entered a valid e-mail address you will also get this acknowledgement of receipt via e-mail. However by means of this acknowlegdement we only confirm the receipt of your order.
If you have used or created an online customer account for your order, you can access your order data as well as your current order status anytime. Just enter our online order management and choose the section “my account”.
The distance selling contract becomes valid as soon as we send you an order confirmation or deliver the goods ordered. If you have entered a valid e-mail address, we will inform you via e-mail about the package number once the delivery has been arranged and taken place. In principle any order is binding for you. However the rights of withdrawal apply for private consumers.
