- To benefit from direct debiting, you need a bank account in Germany and a online customer account.
- Direct debit payment is available only for German residents with a valid German bank account and within a certain limit and after a successful risk evaluation. The respective limits are calculated automatically for non-commercial customers and depend on how long we've had a business relation and the value and course of previous orders. As commercial customer you can informally request the activation of direct debit payment by email to info@computeruniverse.net (please include your address and/or customer number). We reserve the right to refuse the activation under certain circumstances.
- In addition to in-house verification the risk evaluation includes external services such as direct depit black lists and "Schufa". Direct debit payment is possible only if you agree to this verification procedures during the ordering process. The evaluation process can be started at the end of the ordering process only, as only at that point the data can't be altered anymore. Bank account numbers will be checked for plausibility directly upon saving them.
- Just fill in the online order form without having to worry about bank transfers or keeping money at home for the postman.
- We deliver the goods without charges forward. When the goods have been dispatched, we order our bank to take the invoice amount off your bank account. The invoice total is usually debited from your account within 2-4 days following goods dispatch. In some rare cases, the goods may not have arrived when your account is debited (e.g. if a package goes astray because we were given the wrong postcode). This problem is usually solved on the next day already. Please send us a note if not.
| - In case you find any discrepancies in the debited sum total, the invoice total or the goods delivered, please immediately contact us by phone (best way). We will solve the problems without any need for an expensive write-back of the debited amount.
- If you entered the wrong account details or in case of reverse entries not within our responsibility, you will be charged the bank's reverse entry fee (min. € 7.-).
- computeruniverse reserve the right not permitting the direct debiting method of payment as the case requires.
