Invoice payments are supported for large businesses, public or government organisations, schools, universities and institutions only (depending on turnover volume and sound credit standing). If you're not in when your order arrives |
Delivery by Post: You can collect your parcel within one week at your local Post Office. Usually requires showing your Identity Card.
Delivery by UPS: UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your parcel on the next two work days. |

If the delivery arrives in a condition (cardboard torn, damaged, possibly packed in plastic film) |
Open the parcel in the presence of the courier and compare the contents of the parcel with the delivery note! Please let the courier confirm any differences
in written form and then report the damages directly to us. |
