In der Verpackung sind alle Unterlagen enthalten die zum Abschluß der Garantie benötigt werden.Es liegt eine mehrsprachige Anleitung bei, in der alles erklärt ist (Leistungen/Umfang/Verhalten im Schadensfall, etc). Wie schon erwähnt, nach einmaligem Lesen der Anleitung ist eigentlich alles klar und man kann denVertrag ausdrucken und abschicken. Diese Garantie ist zu allen Acer Notebooks kompatibel, aber sie ist bis spätestens 90 Tage nach Kauf abzuschließen, die Acer Advantage light kann man bis 360 Tage nach kauf abschließen (ist dann aber ohne Kasko Versicherung). Die Garantie deckt alle Defekte ab, die die Nutzung des Notebooks beeinträcjtigen, d.h. keine Kratzer im Gehäuse etc.Nur wenn das Display aufgrund von äußerer Einwirkung kaputt geht, muß man 100€ zur Reparatur dazubezahlen, und das ist eigentlich ein faires Angebot!Die internationale trvellers warrenty ist für Reisende die sich bis zu drei Monaten im Ausland aufhalten, d.h. Urlaub machen. Es ist alles leicht Verstaändlich erklärt, in den meisten Fällen sogar mit einem Fallbeispiel. Fazit: Diese Garantieverlängerung sollte sich jeder Käufer eines Acer Notebooks mit dazu kaufen.Ich "fühle" mich jetzt besser wenn ich mit meinem Notebook auf reisen gehe, denn auch im Ausland greift diese Garantie.
