How do you mount a computer to the back of a monitor? VESA mounting holes on the back of many LCD displays provide an ideal spot to attach MacCuff mini. Attached securely on the back of a display, your Mac mini disappears, leaving only cables to hide. Die Buchsenseite des Mac ist beim Einschieben sinnvollerweise vorn. Der Mac lässt sich dann nur wie in der Anleitung dargestellt hineinschieben (kreisrunde Unterseite des Mac liegt auf Metallseite mit dem kreisrunden Loch), weil die Kanten des Gehäuse dort abgerundet sind, die Kanten auf der Oberseite des Mac jedoch nicht.
Bei Einschieben darf das Gerät nicht verkanten. Die Halterung darf nicht unter Spannung befestigt sein.
Die Schrauben haben ein M4-Gewinde mit Senkkopf (kreuz, 10mm, 4x Maschinenschraubengewinde, 4x Holzschraubengewinde), denn sie dürfen über der Metallplatte nicht herausschauen. Mit der flachen Oberseite kratzen sie sonst beim Einschieben auf der Oberseite des Mac. Die gegenüberliegenden Löcher sind einzig dazu da, einen Schraubendreher einzuführen.
